Delete your Nonogram 101 account and data

In the app

Sign in, then open Settings → Account → Delete account. It takes effect immediately.

By email

If you can't sign in any more, email johnbreton37@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, or include your in-game username so we can find it. We complete emailed requests within 30 days and email you to confirm.

What gets deleted

We permanently delete:

• your account (Google account identifier, email, and username);
• your synced game progression (puzzles solved, stats, unlocked themes, unfinished puzzles);
• your Quick Match rating and your Championship standings;
• your entries on the Daily and Challenge leaderboards;
• your Supporter Pack unlock. A purchase made through Google Play can be restored by signing in to a new account; one made on the web can't.

If you played as a guest

If you never signed in, no account was stored on our servers. Any times you posted to a leaderboard as a guest show only the name you typed; email us with that name and the date if you'd like one removed. Your local progress and settings live only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
